By placing an order through Tonyleopod you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (USA) country.
At Tonyleopod. your satisfaction as a customer is important to us. Therefore all of our products come with a 30 Day 100% Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, we will replace it or give you a full refund of the purchase price. If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days after receipt to do so. Please keep in mind that to exchange your product must be unused and in its original packaging, you will need to send it to us at your expense. We work hard every day to enrich our customers’ lives through technology, whether you come to us online, visit our stores, or invite us into your home. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return, or repair. This policy applies to purchases made in the Tonyleopod store.
The following categories are not eligible for a ‘Change of Mind’ declaration:

- Gift cards;
- Controls for commercial or non-domestic use;
Processing your “Change of mind” return
For all ‘Change of Mind’ returns, please email [email protected] to our Customer Service Team. A member of our customer service team will help you book your return.
We require photographs to be sent with your return request, showing that the item and its packaging are both in acceptable condition, before a “Change of Mind” return can be processed.
Once we have received the returned item from you and found it to be in acceptable condition, we will issue you a refund or store credit (at your option).
The amount of refund or store credit issued will not include any shipping charges you may have paid in the original order.
We will deduct any shipping costs associated with returning the item from the final amount of the refund or store credit issued to you.
Lost or stolen parcels (if applicable)
Tonyleopod is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels whose delivery is confirmed to the address entered for an order. Upon request, Tonyleopod will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Cancellation after order
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without any reason. To cancel your order, please contact our customer success team, email us at [email protected] and provide us with your name and order number. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment within 5 working days.
If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it to us at your expense and we will refund you 100%.

– Final sale items are only not refundable
* Please note that the 30 day period begins when an item is delivered, not the order as a whole. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you may have different return windows.
How to return an item
Gather the purchases you wish to return, along with the original contents and packaging.
You can return any item purchased from the Tonyleopod store. For faster processing of returns, please bring your packing slip (if you received one), your receipt, the credit card used to make your purchase, and a valid photo ID.
Condition like new
Items must be returned in like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing major content may be refused a return. Garments must not be worn or washed, and their original tags must be attached for us to accept a return.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipment, defective or not the product you ordered, please return it within your return and exchange period and we will arrange a replacement.
We will send you a FREE RETURN LABEL which will help you send the purchase back to us without return shipping costs.
Each FREE RETURN LABEL (to help you return a purchase free of return costs) is valid for a single order, please understand that you cannot request multiple times for a single order.
Damage on arrival:
If your product arrived damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer service at [email protected] After checking the support and confirming the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or give you a 100% refund.
Defective workmanship or broken after use:
You have 30 days after your product arrives to report any issues with your product. If the product does not work during this period or is defective, you can return it to us at your expense and we will refund the full amount by store credit so that you can order your new product.
Refunds will be refunded to your original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued and your account to be accredited.
Promotions and discounts will not be refunded.
